Women's March on Philadelphia

We Persist      We Resist      We Rise Up

On January 21st, 2017, millions marched in the national Women's March protest to advocate for legislation and action for the protection of human rights. It created a space for people to voice their frustration with the new White House administration and demand changes in policy and public thinking surrounding issues like reproductive rights, immigration, and gender and racial equality. United through a common mission, 673 Women's Marches took place with an estimated five million participants internationally.

One year later, with the fire of the #MeToo and the Time’s Up movements supporting them, women and their allies came out again in protest and solidarity for the women still facing racism, violence, and injustices.
